what were the names of all the combining robots from transformers that were in their own group like constructicons, aerialbots, etc... and who do you think would win a slugfest between them and why?

actually im talking about the little groups of 5 or 6 robots that turn into a super robot.

this is just for the original cartoon that was aired in the 1980s, that had a movie, toyline and a comic book series after them (marvel and dreamwave).

Are you talking about Optimus Prime who was the leader of the Autobots? Megatron who was the leader of the Decpticons? I would follow the link. It talks about all of the transformers.

I think you mean a lot There was This robot from G1 That would have 5 robots combine into Bruticus: there was 1 big one and 4 smaller ones one of those robots were made into an alternator toy then a new Transformers Show Called RID (Robots In Disguise) they renamed them and recolored them and I currently remember some names: Big Robot: Mega Octane, Then Rollbar and I think Blast-Off was the Space suttle but you could check this cool site 2 look for more info on them: www.wikipedia.org
