If it should happen now I would like to think it is my maternal grandparents. If my mum pre-deceases me then I trust it will be her.
My uncle died a few weeks back. He had a massive stroke. He "hung on" until my mum, his only sister, got to his bedside, despite medical predictions. I was obvioulsy sad about it but the next day I felt a lot happier as I had the feeling my grandparents had him and they'd waited a long time for one of their children to join them.
I'm not conventianally religious but I do believe in this sort of thing.

Well. I like to think mom and dad are going to stand by the gates and get out the violins and trumpets and herald my arrival.
Not so sure thats going to happen but, love them both.

In Spirituality terms your loved ones who died before you will be waiting for you - but then it depends on your beliefs doesn't it?

the most wonderfull woman in the world and the childrenfor one set......which is journey thing,insight from deep within.....also god will be waitng in that god is everything, and that everything including the lost, the weak, they will be waiting,as to need my work in christ to help them get there....also all the other members of the body of christ will be waiting for me so that we can do more together............
