Depends on the age group/occasion, but Alice Cooper has some good stuff as does White Zombie. Horror themed music. If it's for kids, I think you're on a better track than I am.

Halloween by AFI or Danzig [since afi remade it] thats a great song, a little morbid [?] but it is amazing!
