Gingerbread Coffin by Rasputina
I Put a Spell on You by Marilyn Manson (or by Arthur Brown)
Scream Until You Like It by W.A.S.P.
This House is Haunted by Alice Cooper (& Welcome to My Nightmare, Pick Up the Bones,Feed My Frankenstein, Black Widow, all by Alice)
Love Song for a Vampire by Annie Lennox
Black Magic Woman by Carlos Santana
Witchy Woman by The Eagles
Kiddies one - This is Hallowe'en from 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' film
Bark at the Moon by Ozzy Osbourne
Bad Moon Rising by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Zombie Zoo by Tom Petty
Boris the Spider by The Who
Werewolves of London by Warren Zevon (& also Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner by Warren Zevon)
Check out anything by Rob Zombie
You can always download scary hallowe'en sound effects from Limewire for free - just put scary hallowe'en sounds in the audio search. Good ones are wolves howling, Vincent Price laughing, demented woman screaming, etc.
If it's more for kiddies, try The Purple People Eater by Sheb Wooley (& others), The Witch Doctor by The Cartoons (or Alvin & the Chipmunks), anything by Harry & the Potters
That's just a few suggestions from the woman who hosts one of the best Hallowe'en parties in the Midlands - make it a Public Holiday, is what I say!!
(If you want more, let me know)

Depends on the age group/occasion, but Alice Cooper has some good stuff as does White Zombie. Horror themed music. If it's for kids, I think you're on a better track than I am.
