It looks like a very good makeup but it is very expensive. Has anyone used it and if so does it work good?
Also anyone like M.A.C cosmetics? Does it work good?
Also with the precriptives it says it is custom blend. Does that mean you choose the closest skin tones and they mix it for you? I really want to try this and know if it works. Maybe I can go to the makeup counter and have the lady make me up. Although people have a hard time matching up darker tones.

I love MAC cosmetics but I don't use their foundation. Their lipsticks, liners, gloss and eye shadows are great.
I used Presecriptives along time ago and their customblend foundation is expensive. Thats because they make the foundation to match your skin exactly in front of you. Its been a long time so I can't give you an opinion about that.
I've been using Bare Minerals. You can get it off the tv for cheaper. On tv, they sell it by Light, Medium, Tan, & Dark and they give you 2 different shades. For example, I chose the medium pack so they gave me medium & medium tan. Then they give you a bronzer, mineral veil and brushes. If you were to buy it at Bare Essentials, it would be way expensive. So I would go to the store to have them tell you what color you are, and then buy it off the tv or online. For sure, getting the kit is much cheaper.

For many years, I have been using Prescriptives foundations. In my opinion, the foundations are the best in the market. The quality and color selection are great. My skin is oily and acne prone. I have a weird color that is very yellow. That said, one the Prescriptives salespeople once created a great shade for me. In fact, the color matched my skin perfectly and my skin was less oilier. Highly recommended. I have also tried MAC, but I do not care about MAC's foundations. They stay on for a long time, but some people develop acne problems form these.

I have used it once. It is pricey and they want you to purchase a 30$ brush to apply it correclty. I think there are other good less expensive options. Tends to be more orange.

i love prescriptives. the foundation makes my skin look flawless. if i just where the foundation, i look more awake and alive than tired. i know it can be pricey but it is worth it.
