Thanks for all the answers so far, I would like to know more about mixing up nervousness with adrenaline? Any way to know the difference?

Nervousness can be mistaken for adrenaline...No one ever wins a fight, but that doesn't mean you need to get beat up trying to be passive. Normal? yes...Difficult to deal with? Yes....Unavoidable in life? Sometimes...First, ask them if they even know why they want to fight you.....they will most likely stutter a bit. Or give you a reason to duck and swing at the weak parts. Good luck

Of course.... I am the same way... I know that if I were to get into a fight I could take care of myself but I would never start one.. I try to get along with everyone. Maybe if you fight on a regular basis then you wouldn't be at all worried.. but us normal people care! :)

Yeah it is normal! But that's more phycological than anything else. Because you basically don't know what to expect to be faced against to? Maybe it will be ok, some people are more talk than anything else, and in the end they probably won't fight you!!

Good Luck!!

I never get nervous or scared, but I try to get in the first punch and I try to hit them in the throat. Stops them real fast.
