I lived in a haunted house for 13 years. I was 5 when we moved there. The ghost, I'm assuming, was the previous owner of the house who died. At first, he did things to scare us like turning on fawcets, flushing toilets, opening and closing cabinets...etc.

As the years went on and I think he realized that he wasn't getting rid of us he mellowed out. I still hated being alone, though. If I was in the basement, he would go past me and it would feel like a strong breeze. I would get up and say "ok, Mr. Wolfe, I'm leaving" and go upstairs. My cats would also freak out if they were down in the basement, too.

Mr. Wolfe was also very fond of my nephew (who was born 9 years after we moved into the house). When my nephew was a baby, paintings and things would mysteriously fall around my nephew when he was about to fall or something bad would happen to him.

I used to work at a country & western bar in San Marcos, TX. One night I was closing all by myself and I kept hearing voices from inside of a 6" wall that was open on both sides. Then later, I stepped into the cooler for about 5 seconds. When I came back behind the bar, every beer tap was on (there were 9 of them). I turned them all off and went back into the cooler for about 20 seconds. When I came back, they were all flowing again. I finished cleaning up and got the heck out of there.

I told the owner about it the next day and he said that others had had weird experiences as well.

i've had a few. when i was real little, my mom used to watch the 700 club all the time. one time in the middle of the night, i woke up hearing someone preaching in the distance. it sounded like it was comming from the livingroom. i couldnt fall asleep, so i went to check it out. i stood in the hallway for the longest time listening to this guy, thinking my mom fell asleep on the couch with the tv on. finally i walked into the livingroom no one was there, and the tv was turned off.
another time i woke up from a nightmare, stared at my wall and saw a line of 7 people staring at me. i screamed until my dad ran into my bedroom and they disappeared.
after that, i used to hear voices. first they'd whisper my name. i could hear them clear as day no matter how loud i played my music. one night, i woke up after yet another nightmare, and i heard all kinds of voices whispering stuff. i was half awake, so i thought it was all in my head. i said "stop it" and i heard them echo "stop it. stop it. stop it..." i told them to shut up, and they did the same thing, and they got louder every time. i started freaking out, covered up my ears and suddenly it all ended.
one last one was when i was living in this one apartment, i sensed someone was in my room, and felt a very warm hand rubbing my back. minutes later i saw a black shadow run by a couple times.
my sister in law said that she deffinately felt spirits where i used to live as a kid. for the place i heard voices, my home was supposedly built over an indian burial ground, and she never came to my place where i saw the shadow.
i dunno if these all really were ghosts, but i deffinately believe in them. i LOVE ghost stories, but theres no way i'd go as far as tracking them down for fun! try going on ghost tours around the world. i've read the queen mary is a real good one!

Yes. I have all my life. I still have what I call playful poltergiests who move things (like keys, scissors) then move them back. My daughter is also sensitive to them. My lover isn't & thinks I'm nuts, but that's OK. Evil spirits will make the room cold. I've experienced them, also. Some are just like a memory, a photograph which are not really there. E-mail me if you want to hear more.

I've actually had 2 specific encounters. Once when I lived in Germany, a 4-5yr old girl appeared at my bedside and looked at me like "who are you and what are you doing here?". When I turned to wake my husband, she disappeared. I was not frightened, but she was very real.

Also, when I grew up, for many years, both my sister and I felt/heard/saw a very dark (darker than surrounding area) thing move throughout our home. Frightening but when I left home, it never bothered me again.

I've woken up with 2 little girls standing on the edge of my bed, and they wern't living.
I've woken up on the ceiling, literally.
I was doing a ritual in some local catacombes once that was mostly filled with freemasons. Something came after me, a big shadow. I was very freaked. I did a quick banishment and it desipated.

Yea, i've seen ghosts of my grandpa. My mom's dad died when she was 8 and my mom was really close 2 him. When I was 6, I was watching TV and I kept on telling someone to get out of my way so I could see, but my mom didn't see anybody and she asked me who I was talkng 2 and I told her, this man was in my way and I couldn't see the TV. She asked me 2 describe him and I said he had brown hair, green eyes and etc. and my mom sat there with her mouth opened and later when i was 8 my mom told me who it was (i saw him again) and it was my grandpa!

Yes, I have. I saw a weird floating thing that looked like a ball of tentacles and I've also gotten an EVP on tape.

I have had conversations with my dead father, but that was in my dreams. Well, the funny thing was that my mom dreamed about him as well and he was wearing the same clothes in both of our dreams. I think that he had to find a way to communicate with me somehow...and doing it through a dream is the best opportunity.

I've had a couple of experiences that I can find no logical explanation for. Were they supernatural? I don't know, but one in particular seems to have been, much to my surprise and consternation.
