I will never experience this in my whole entire life because I'm a guy, but the most horrible pain in the world would probably be child birth.

The worst pain I ever experienced was non medication assisted childbirth. Kid got stuck at the shoulder and the doctor had to put both hands in around him and wiggle him out. Oh yeah that was fun let me tell ya. Just thinking about it makes me want to go smack his bigass head!

an ectopic, or "tubal" pregnancy is fairly excruciating, natural childbirth is way up there on the list, as is a herniated disk in your spine, especially in the L-4, L-5 vertebrae area, it can bring you to your knees in pain...i'm just wondering why you would want to know this....

The pain of watching my son die for over two years. It hurt so bad it would paralyze me from time to time, and twist my guts into a bunch and hurt in my heart so bad, it left a hole.
