Anybody ever noticed that the Luthor mansion /Smallville and Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters / X-Men is the same place?

I thought they looked similar but never heard that its the same exact building. that would surprise me cause one is Marvel and one is DC comics. Don't think its the exact same. Found this on IMDB "The Mansion used as the Xavier school, is the same one Billy and his family lived in in Billy Madison (1995)" and this "Lex Luthor's mansion is the same mansion used in X2 (2003)"
So your facts are almost right.
