You can eat a lot more things than people think you can. Try this site for a good, balanced diet that is also considered bland. And remember, different people react different ways, so keep that in mind as well. The second link addresses some other ways to help morning sickness, not just a bland diet. Hope it helps and hope all goes well!

Bread, crackers, rice, beans, just don't season your food heavily. I found that spicy food did NOT cause morning sickness. The best remedy for me was eating small meals throughout the day to keep food on my stomach. You can try ginger candy too.

Saltines, toast, plain cooked pasta (sorry, no sauce) and mashed potatoes (skip the butter and gravy.) I prefer spicy foods, but found out I preferred not being nauseous (sp?) more than I liked the spicy foods. Sleep with your head propped up too. Good luck with your pregnancy, I had twins. Yikes!

Just because you had it before does not mean you will have it again by any means.

Anyway..bland is anything with no or little seasonings.

soda crackers and ginger ale are the best. Bland foods are like puddings, broth, plain rice, bananas, toast, poached eggs....
