you have 2 options

using icons
1. highlight your entire table
2. from your tables and borders toolbar, select the borders icon, then select "all borders" (the one with lines all the way around)

using the drop down menus
1. highlight your entire table
2. from the "format" drop down, select borders & shading
3. under the borders tab, select the "all" icon, and click ok.

Select the labels (which are really just cells in a table) and then go to the "Format" menu, select "Borders and Shading" and then select the "Borders" tab. Select the kind of border you want to see at the edge of the labels and click "OK".

Select them all and then use the same tool that you would use on tables to black the lines
