Everything everybody does makes a difference.
Even politicians are ordinary people and they need to realise that they represent a vast number of people.
You and I need to understand that what we do does have an effect.
if you don't like the way tabloids treat celebs, or the immoral way they behave towards anybody, don't buy the paper.
Sick of unhealthy food? Then don't buy it. The menus will soon change.
Sick of junk TV? then turn it off. When the viewing figures go through the floor, watch how the programmes change.
Sick of the dishonest politicians, then vote them out and vote good ones in.
Sick of being coerced in to doing too much at work? Become a staunch rebel and work to rule. If your hours are 9 to 5, that's what you work even if you're given something to do at ten to five. You just hand it back and say sorry, too late. If your boss says: I don't like your attitude. Tell him/her you don't like his/her attitude.
Never believe that anything comes easily.
Understand there's no such thing as a free lunch.
Buy organic.
Be honest.
Don't break the law.
Be nice to other people.
Never back down to bullies or tyrants, be like that Chinese student that stood in front of the tank. That's how much strength a person can have - enough to stop a tank.
Don't buy McCrap meals.
Don't believe the hype.
Don't pretend to be anything other than what you are.
Don't try to be a "pop idol" unless you can sing. If you can't just think to yourself, I wish I could sing like one of those famous people.....or learn to sing and work really hard at it.
Know that nobody is superior to you and nobody is inferior to you. We are all equal and will only ever be equal - there is nothing superior about the famous, they're just people.
Put 50% of the US and UK defence budget in to feeding the starving, use UN troops to protect the supply line and make sure the food gets to the hungry.
What needs to change immediately? All of the above - you can't isolate one thing and not address the causes........and it all starts with us - ourselves.

Wake up and evaluate the leaderships focus comtemplate the choices of menifestos listen to speeches take account of dates and promises just as you would or society or even your parents would scuternise and justify, it takes the same time that would take you to the daily budget these are chores even illiterate practice learning a gift of birth is the domain concious and the unconcious aware and unaware and thereafter decide who you would like to appoint as leader remember vote is giving away your right when it actually should be a share "90%possession is law" understand learn justify against your circumstance ill fortunes, happiness, desires and solution that makes your need are exactly the same as every one yes we are individual but at the same time only difference in appearence and constitution but organically and mechanics the same the individuality is just the same as the basic principal of we evolve and adapt a character moulded by the environment that sets our mould.

Given that ordinary people grow all the food and do all the work, as well as pay all the taxes, then I guess that all ordinary people need to do is realise that we run the world and that our "leaders" are just a corrupt bunch of parasites that have been feeding off us for thousands of years!

If you are a young person and searching to get some direction in your life, take it from an old spirit. The golden rule as taught by Christ . If you meditate on this single thought and make it your life you will be loved by God and will change not only the world but the universe

Ordinary people form the majority. Unfortunately only vocal minorities are heard.
Ordinary people should speak out, speak out loudly, that is the only way that injustice etc., can be conquered.
The answer is speak out, insist on being heard, be the significant rather than insignificant majority.
That should frighten a few vested interests from under wet stones.

I have always believed that doing "random acts of kindness" is making the world a better place. I have done many things on the spur of the moment for others and when asked how they can repay me I always say "someday you will be in a position where you can help someone else out. If you help them then your debt to me is paid." I am really paid in full when I see their reaction to my statement. It's like "Thanks, times are going to get better and I can do that!"
I like to feel that there is a multiplier effect with random acts of kindness... If I help 5 people and in turn, they each help 5 people before long we will have a pretty nice world to live in. OK, I am probably being overly optimistic but maybe, just maybe my little corner of the world will be the better for it...

We can't.
We're at a point in history where certain wheels (war, loss of freedoms, nuclear weapons, intolerance, hatred, religion, fear, apathy, etc...) have started rolling and can't be stopped. We finally have the power & technology to make sure we ain't coming back from this one.
The outcome is soon to come and irrevocable. Not our extinction, but most likely the death of at least 95% of the planet's population.
All the knowledge we possess, all the history we know, will be lost.
And mankind will, once again, have learned nothing.

Our world's mentality which is our mind is moving towards division or fragmentation because we worship exclusiveness at all levels of lifestyles. We are blind to see the truth that we are all connected and we are all destroying ourselves. We can compare our life to a big ship and we are the passengers. The ship is sinking due to the weight of the load that each one of us is carrying. If I can see and understood this scenario that is really happening now., I am going to throw my load (selfishness)away to make the ship rise to the water Ex. If I am a thief I am inflicting pain to others If I stopped being a thief I am already easing the pain that I usually inflict to them..I must see the whole picture of my selfishness and glide against the current of this wild river that everybody is enjoying.

Help old people accross the road, smile, be polite.......good vibes travel fast, the person on the receiving end feels good and passes the vibe on, its called chaos but in a positive way.
What needs change urgently - kids need to find respect and they need to find it NOW or in 20 years we won't think twice about war and persecution......damn that was deep (for me).
