I have a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan SE that we just changed the timing belt and water pump on. Now it isn't getting fuel to the injectors...the fuel is up to the engine...I was told that there should be a reset switch for the fuel system somewhere on the vehicle...Is there one and where is it located?

We ran the battery dead trying to start it.
There is no odor of gas in the engine compartment...even when you hold the pedal to the floor...with the air system disconnected.

No reset switch. Squirt some starter fluid through the air cleaner cover in direction of engine then turn the starter. That should prime the fuel to your injectors.

Kenneth has it right. The only manufacturer that uses such a device is Ford, and it is an inertia switch that deactivates the fuel in the event of a collision.
Your Dodge is another matter. The PCM is responsible for the fuel injectors as well as the spark.
Does it produce spark while cranking over?
How do you know it isn't "firing" the injectors? Are you testing it with a "noid lite"?
If you aren't sure, you are going to have to retrieve the DTCs from the PCM. It will take a code reader or a scanner to gather the OBD II codes, BUT you can gather the Chrysler codes by cycling the key the way Chrysler originally did before 1996.
Take a notepad and pencil, sit in the driver's seat and PAY ATTENTION! you can't space off here.
Cycle the key to RUN, then OFF, then RUN, then OFF, then RUN and leave it there all in less than 5 seconds.
NOW watch the "Check Engine" light. It will begin flashing codes to you if you haven't disconnected the battery and cleared them.
Go Here for a clear discussion of the procedure------->

http://autorepair.about.com/library/ts/obd-i/bl-dtcs-71a.htm

If you get distracted or are not sure what you saw, turn the key off and wait for 30 seconds, and start over. It will only display a code once per cycle. When you get a "55" code, all of the codes have been displayed.
Now take notes in hand and refer to the repair manual for proper diagnostic and repair procedures.
Even though you have a 1998 vehicle, use the diagnostics for a 1995, as the code identifiers and descriptions are different. Use the descriptions shown on the site above.
Remember that the codes identify a failure or fault in a circuit or system and do NOT NECESSARILY identify a faulty component. diagnose the CIRCUIT.

Good Luck

They used to put them near the rear of the vehicles on the inside of the van. Open the back and look at the walls or under the carpet for a compartment - it should be labeled as the fuel cutoff switch.
