Aircraft hits New York building
Two people have been killed when a small aircraft crashed into a building in New York City's affluent Upper East Side, police say.
Flames and smoke are coming out of the 50-storey apartment building on Manhattan island.

I haven't noticed that until you brought it up to my attention. Now i'm thinking that possibly that terrorists will use smaller more public aircraft, like the one they let the tourists use when on holidays.
My skin is really crawling, due to this.

The craziest thing is the date it happened. Today is 10/11/06. Turn it upside down and reverse it.

The FAA thinks it was aircraft malfunction, the FBI says it was NOT terror-related. So far, the only casualties appear to be the occupants of the plane. The damage is minimal - only took out six apartments and charred the front of the building. All the remaining windows are intact.

yes I am watching the news right now its a non terrorist related accident the small aircraft was flying out of Tetterboro airport in nj,2 deaths so far but not terrorist related!!!!

The pilot was Cory Lidle of the Yankees. He is being reported as the pilot on both CNN and Fox News.

I doubt it was a terrorist, but if it was...just proves my point. We need to focus on protecting our own country instead of invading others.

That was on the news a couple minutes ago. I do not think that it was a terrorist attack.
