First one:
1.5x^2 - 3 = 6x

Rearrange, so everything is on one side:
1.5x^2 - 6x - 3 =0

Multiply by 2 to get rid of decimal:
3x^2 - 12x - 6 = 0

Divide by 3 to get rid of common factor:
x^2 - 4x - 2 = 0

Now use the quadratic formula,
x=(-b +/- sqrt(b^2-4ac))/(2a)
with a=1, b=-4, and c=-2.

The other ones can be solved in the same way.

1. 5x2-3=6x
5x^2-6x-3=0
x=(6+/-sqrt(36+4*5*3))/10=(6+/-sqrt(96))/10=6+/-4sqrt(6))/10
x=.6+/-.4sqrt(6)

2. 6x+3=5x2
5x^2-6x-3=0 same as above

3. 8x=3x2+7
3x^2-8x+7
x=(8+/-sqrt64-4*3*7))/6=(8+/-sqrt(-20))/6=4/3+/-(1/3)sqrt(5)i where i=sqrt(-1)
4. x2-3=-x
x^2+x-3
(x+3)(x-1)
x=-3
x=1

5. v2-30x=600
v^2-30x-600=0 I don't know which variable you mean, I'll assume x
x^2-30x-600=0
x=(30+/-sqrt(900+4*600))/2=(30+/-sqrt(3300))/2=15+/-5sqrt(33)
