at my age of 29 iam still a virgin.why is it wrong to reserve it to the right person? by their reactions they made me feel unattractive and weird.

We live in a world where people whose beliefs are more liberal than the mainstream are portrayed as trendsetters, but people whose beliefs are more conservative than the mainstream are portrayed as rigid or ignorant. Don't let the outside society corrupt the core values you hold inside. Those values are part of what make you unique and interesting. We all look different on the outside, and we all have unique combinations of views and values on this inside. Just be who you are, because nothing is more attractive than than a person with that kind of self-confidence.

With all the sexial illness that aren't cureable. It shows your 1. Using your head and 2. You just haven't found the right person. Maybe they aren't thinking about the person you have sex with, might be carrying something from the last person they had sex with. Not a good thought is it. Your doing okay

Because it goes against the social norms sooo much. Most people are losing it in high school. Do you think you're actually "waiting for the right person" or are you:
1- have absolutely no interest in sex and/or no sex drive?
2- are actually a lesbian and therefore not attracted to men?
3- just haven't been presented with a tempting enough offer?

Well you turned my pre-conseptions on their heads. I'd always assumed that people who were 'saving themselves' rushed into early marriages they then regretted.
If tis feels right for you then good for you. I would be surprised if someone i knew of your age was still a virgin but I would respect you for it. Still a part of me can;t help but feel that you find soeone to have sex with soon, it is a natural, wonderful and amazing thing and I really don't thing you should deny what the goddess gave us to enjoy.

Good for you! It's so very refreshing these days to find someone with some moral values. Just because most people seem to think it's 'fashionable' to jump into bed with anyone & everyone doesn't mean it's compulsory for everyone else. You are doing what's right for YOU, not them, so good luck to you. When you find your Mr Right (hopefully his first name won't be 'Always') you will know that it was worth the wait, and so will he. Hi can i ask who are they and how did they find out. They laughed probabley because they are jelous that they couldnt wai for the right person. They shoudnt of laughed at you if they are you friends. If a person told me i would be like Ok its your decision and if you want to wait then wait. I think its romatic and i hope you find the right person.

Dear Miss Armstrong--"They" don't have their heads on straight and "they" may have herpes, other SDT's, test HIV positive and etc. "They" will have "used cargo" to give to that someone special, the right person and "they" may not even know who that is because they have wasted themselves with whoever and wherever. The "they" say black is white and white is black. Be at peace. You are someone special and there is someone special who will respect and appreciate immensely that you waited for "him". In his heart he will trust you, because you are trust-worthy. He will respect you, because you respect yourself. You are every "good" man's dream. Find people who respect themselves as you do and surround yourself with people who have your values. I applaud you!

dont take any notice of ppl like that, u are not following others like sheep and they dont know how to react, if u keep ur virginity until ur ready u will be much happier than sum of these losers out there with no respect for themselves who will have sex with anything with a pulse!
