What have you found to be the best lubricant for Fleshlight?
I have used KY jelly, vegetable oil, etc. BUT I have to keep adding lubricant over and over, again and again to keep it slippery
My biggest problem is how to keep the inside of the fleshlight warm? The inside cools off after a very short time.

Try a silicon oil lube. It won't dry as quickly as water-based, but it will dry eventually. The cooling problem could be solved if you could surround the object with a heating jacket. Maybe you could adapt an electric blanket for this purpose. You could also try using a heating mantle designed for chemical glassware.

Warming the lube can help with the issue of how long it stays warm but you will have to keep applying if the session is gonna last a long time.

It is just a fact of life: if you stroke too long you are gonna need to add more lube.
