It's with Blockbuster online rentals - they said one thing did another.. I feel like ive been taken for a ride...

Better Business Bureau

They have a section on their website where you can report cases for online companies...not sure what their exact website is, but either someone on here will let you know, or you can do a yahoo search. =)

a chicago newspaper has a collumn for stuff like this. you tell them your consumer injustice and they hassle the company for you and write about it. a collumnist asking questions is publicity and they usually turn over rather than have an article badmouthing them published. otherwise the better business bureau.
