Nothing wrong with exercising or anything else (close too it for anybody who will comment on that one ). You run your life not your period. If we stopped living our life when that thing came every month we would miss out on a lot. If you have a heavy period then just take some extra precautions. Good luck.

of couse it is Ok to work out with your period. Physical exersize also help get read or cramps. they even have special tampons that are made especially for playing sports you should check them out.

That the best time to work out to loosen the stomach muscles just don't drink cold fluids.

well yes it is but make sure you don't over do it you might start to get cramps and stuff .. so you can but no too much of it. Hope it helped.

Yes, it is okay. However, I have experienced harsher cramps when I've excercised during my period.
