Yeah, to my boss. But not the way you meant it. He called from the airport to check on a project I was working on, and they called for his plane. He said, "Oh, we're boarding. Better go." I said, "Okay. Have a good flight." He said, "See you tomorrow." I said, "Okay. Love you."
Then after I hung up I realized what I'd said and crapped my pants.

OMG YES! I was kinda talking to this dude who I didn't really like and after the 4th day we were hanging out that he told me he loved me. I did not feel that way about him AT ALL and did not plan on being with him longer than a month. Well he kept saying it to me and I would just respond 'Oh OK'...so I was going to my sister's wedding in Houston and my plane stopped in Memphis and I called him at the airport. He was with his family when I called him and he was all excited telling them that I was on my way to houston and everything then we were getting off the phone and he said it again and I said it back. It kinda slipped. I did not mean and regretted it immediately. Luckily a week after I returned from Texas we ended up losing touch

Well i was about to say yes but then i thought about your question a little more when I said that "I love the person" at that time it was true. Therefore i don't look at as me regretting it b/c its just another experience that i learned from.

I was giving my friend Steve (were not that close) a hug goodbye and it just slipped out, he said it back and that was it. I just laughed it off!
