Are you afraid of your mother in law? Not afraid, can't stand would be better.

I wouldn't go as far as to say that I am afraid of my mother in law. Intimidated?! Probably! Scared?! Nope! I just seem to be more aware when in contact with her-I don't want her to catch me slipping in any way, shape or form! After all, it's her baby who belongs to me, now! Initially our relationship was very awkward and strained. But, as time has gone by, I feel as if I have begun to live up to her standards and proven myself to be worthy of shaing a life with her son!
