Based on the defense matchups you have to start Tatum Bell for sure and Ronnie Brown. Steven Jackson is an okay play but Seattle might light up the Rams pass defence and make it a shootout, and Jackson doesn't catch the ball particularly well. Look for Nick Saban to try and keep the pressure off of Joey by running Brown as much as possible, and Tatum running against Oakland is a cakewalk.

Your 2 best matchups would be R. Brown (vs. the Jets 28th ranked rush def) and T. Bell (vs. Oak's 29th ranked def).

Easy! Jackson and Bell.
Both a dual threats. Seattle's run defense was revealed as suspect by Thomas Jones.
Bell will go bananas against Oakland. He had nearly 100 yards against the Ravens in a rainy game. He carreid Ray Leis on his back for 5 yards on one play.
You are in for a nice week. I'll bet you get 3 TDs between them.

Jackson is a lock to play. And , I would start Ronnie Brown against a Rush D(Jets) that gives up nearly 150 yards per game. Cory Brown of Tennesee average of 4 yards per carry against the Jets and he is horrible. he hasnt had a game 3 yards per carry besides that game against the jets.
