Oddly enough, yes. But not they way you would think. The sky is in a certain orientation when you are born. What you subsequently become exposed to and you mental preparedness for the revelation affects how you subsequently mature.

As an example: A person born in the spring experiences summer first, then fall and finally winter.
These people tend to be sunny, open disposition people.

A person born in November say is shocked to feel cold after the warmth of the womb. People live inside, close together and germs run rampant. A baby born at this time is frequently fussy and sickly. They yearn all their life to be warm, especially in their relationships.

This is the way the stars affect our lives.

Whistle Britches is absolutely right he said 'untill one reaches a certain level of spiritual awareness.
ok...this is my opinion in my best English ok.
Universe hold or contain difference kinds and forms of energies.
Human is one of those....each of us were born difference time, zone, area, nationality.....which all these ofcouse make us have difference character...as well as the time we were born...which each of every things that our lives have gone through also 'energy'...which it could make positive or negative effect on our life, our charactor, our abilities, our thinking, our being....etc
But the first second that we were born was the chance for all of us to develop our energies, to a higher level , eventhough we can't imediately change the form of our energies (our looks)....but it is gratually changing.....everyone who was born under any star signs could be a happy person. and have good character and kind soul.
