Throw it in the washing machine with hot water and then throw it in the dryer.

Why would you want to shrink the shirt if it is too small already? Even so,just wash the shirt in warm water and dry the shirt until it's desired size and re-wash if you have to!! Good luck in what you venture is.

Why would you want to shrink something that is already too small??? But if you want to shrink it, just wash it, all of my clothes always shirnk a little in the wash!

Yeah, that's ok, I type like that too sometimes!
We know what you mean!
Wash it in hot water and then dry it at the hottest setting...it's only going to shrink "only so much", not going to go down 2 sizes, etc.

Okay, we all know you meant to big (unless you meant that you want to stretch it).
Hot water wash and hot dryer would do it but it will likely completely distort the shape to. You'd be better to have an alterationist take it in for you.
