I had a cell phone then I dropped it in the bath tub and since I've already made so many claims on it, they won't give me a new one through insurance (im with verizon) so, now, I need to find a phone with no service plan that I can activate on my account in place of my old one. I need it to be V-Cast capable since even if I don't have a phone w/ V-Cast I still have to pay for it, can anyone help?

Since your carrier is Verizon, you'll need to buy an unlocked cell phone which uses CDMA technology. There are several ways to buy an unlocked cell phone using CDMA technology you can either go to ebay or you can buy one of those refurbished cell phones from the following websites:

Well not everyphone is compatable with verizon service. I would go to verizon's website and find the phone's the are selling now. Many of them are under 100 dollars. Then if you find one that is cheap on the website go to ebay or other discount websites and buy it there.

Go to www.verizonwireless.com. Choose a phone from there -- they have them as cheap as $30.00, i believe.

eBay - there are loads of unlocked phones on there, and you can get a good used one pretty cheap.
