When my husband was young his dad commited a crime and I know it was in the newspaper but now can I find those aritcials and maybe some other ones using the web or is the library the only place to find that kind of stuff?

None that I know of but I wish it were so... but if you go to the town where the crime was committed...look in the historical library on the microfiche by year and you can view and print the article.

I t is my advise to contact the newspaper that you think did the article on your husbands father and ask them how to search their papers from 1979. they just might be able to help you find what your looking for with out leaving the house. Also, might call the local news station and get ideals from them. hope this helps. :)

you will probally have to go to the public library in the town county where the article was published, i don't think anyone is going to go back that far.
