some middle schools have uniforms?
i just moved from one that didnt to one that did :(

So...... what's your problem? Is it going to hurt your lil feelings to wear one? If not don the uniform and sit down and learn something. Number one is that mom and dad don't have to pay the price of keeping up with the Jone's with expensive clothes you probably don't like wearing in the first place.

Why don't you come her in Jamaica you'll wear uniform starting for age three till eighteen that's all public school out her but privayte school it has to be the school's polo shirt with black or blue jeans.

Because pricipals and school boards are finding all possible ways to toture kids. and when they cant think of any other ways they go with uniform. look at the bright side of it. you already know what your going to wear everday. and you never have to worry about picking out an outfit =D

so you can be part of a uniformity, act think the same.

i think the reasoning behind it is that if everyone is wearing the same then there wont be so much bullying, as the less well off kids wouldnt be wearing the latest clothing etc. also so that the school looks smart for when they have visitors etc

To reduce stress involved with the competition some kids turn it in to. Everyone wears the same thing, and its' kinda hard to make fun of someone who can't afford designer clothes or who has different tastes.

i think it's the best idea the school board's have ever had! school uniforms give's all student's a equal chance! not everyone can aford $100.00 shoes pants ect....

we had uniforms in my old school it was supposed to be so that there would be less fights over how people dressed, gang colors,etc

i think it's safer, there is so much going on in our school,soon every school will wear uniforms

Not anymore since I moved out to Inkster School,s, but they do in Detroit in Black, Navy, or white.
