Yes, because there is no ventilation; thusly leaving a smoke smell in everything. People try to hide they smoke but smoking where no air can circulate make the smell even worst; a walking ash tray.

NOPE!
The reason being, it's THEIR car and it's THEIR space if no-one else is being subjected to it and it will be THEIR choice when THEIR casket is being lowered into the ground before THEIR time...so not at all, just like what I do in MY space is MY business as long as I'm not physically or emmotionally imposing on someone else. Even better if their windows are up so that I don't get a whiff of all that pungent goodness!

I am totally grossed out by people who smoke in their cars with the windows down, because it means that they're going to chuck the butt out the window -- bunch of litterbugs. Shame on those irresponsible clods.

Well, it is almost better that seeing billows of smoke coming out of the car in front of you...but then, you wonder if they can see thru that!
I lived with a smoker...when I moved out 3 years later (he was cheating with his bar maid) I looked at my framed pics from the walls...I thought they looked darker...I swiped a paper towel with glass cleaner over the middle...wow what a difference! That was when/where I decided not to go out with anyone else who smoked!

if you have to get into the car (Like if it's a parents car) let them know they are activley taking years off your life. if they stop; fine, if not speak to a social worker.

if its not your car and you dont have to get into it, what business is it of yours getting grossed out? better them getting all the smoke than letting out when they are driving by you.

Not really.
I'd rather them breath their own poisonous second hand smoke than pass it on to me!
