Hair dye is permanent on porous surfaces like walls. A bleach based cleaner will remove the marks in the tub and on tile but only lighten it in other places. Tell your daughter to re-paint the bathroom and be more careful. I did the same thing to my mom once upon a time…sorry Mom!

Most likely you will have to primer it with KILZ and repaint it. hair dye is terrible and doesn't come out. I would make your daughter do the cleanup / repainting for punishment. SHe should have been more careful or allow someone to help her.

I had the same problem. Tilex took it off the tiles and Comet and a toothbrush took it off the grout.

You really can't off the walls. Tilex can damage teh paint color. but it would work great on the grout

go downstairs to the fridge. take a tall glass and put three ice cubes in it. and a slice of lemon. add a capful of Gordon's gin and top up with Schweppes tonic.
