No, and by then, the US would have invaded or done something to N. Korea to prevent them from building one. Besides, our missile defense systems should be able to disable it. Now, the big problem would if they got a MIRV. That would be very dangerous. But for now, they have neither.

Yes. and they are deployed. That means they are past testing
and in the field with the Korean People's Army. They gained access to Russian ICBM technology some years ago and have developed their own ICBM's and possibly SLBM's(submarine based intercontinental ballistic missiles.)If they have nuclear weapons small enough they could hit anywhere in the continental USA or Canada. My opinion is that they have also been building bombs for quite a while longer than the official announcements so we don't know how many they actually have, no matter what the news wires try to tell us.

From what I heard on the news some months ago, yes, they have missiles capable to hitting our west coast and Alaska. The accuracy of the hit would be in question, but not the fact that the nuclear warhead reached the USA. Now, I don't know, but this is what I understood from some news agency about 6 - 8 months ago.

The biggest nuclear threat is not from a government. Its from a guy with a small suitcase bomb in a largely populated area.

No, they supposedly tested a long range missile (not a nuke) several weeks ago, and the thing crashed within two minutes.
