Yep--STR8 guys compare all the time too (not just at the urinal)-they just don't admit to it. If you like what you see, then work towards developing your own muscles and body strenght, and that does not have to be joining a gym, exercising, swimming, dancing, biking, walking, running and good diet will also build endurance and get you in better shape. (Of course in the gym you will see even more buff bods to get you hot and maybe the competition stiff :) -lol

Good for you. use it as motivation as when you are buff youngsters will look at you and think the same and you may change a few lifes for the better.

Healthy is the way to go. It is hard to get a good bod but it is worth every minute in the gym. Stick with it.

It's very normal for men to get jealous over something like that . We are forever comparing ourselves to other men. As one ages though, he finally realizes that it's not a bad thing for males (or females) not to look like the "ideal." It seems that every size, weight, body type, etc. has its advantages for the human race. Maybe that is one of the reasons we have become so successful as a species.

It's a male testosterone fighting for status and dominance in the pack thing.

Eat healthy, start doing lots of weight training, read challenging books and philosophy, don't read glossy magazines, learn a language or 2 before you're 25, focus on your life not on the lives of others.

Every body has insecurities. I am 5' 8" 180 lbs, but I want to look like Franco Columbu! Don't obsess too much about anything. Try to maintain multiple hobbies that you can turn to

Lol, it's natural to feel jealous, but you can't emphasize it too much. If you wanna get buff...then work out/lift weights every day. But remember, you might have people jealous of you then lol.

My boyfriend exchange into relatively chunky as quickly as we began dating practically 2 years in the past. he's misplaced a ton of weight and began understanding. He nonetheless has slightly a abdomen yet that's it for the fat area. i like it. He needs to be completely "ripped" and be a UFC fighter whilst he gets older, yet i like him how he's :)

You are body proud and need to go to the gym. Go, it's fun, and the feeling as your body improves is great.
