When it's hot, I turn the ignition, and it just clicks, or it will seem like it's starting, and it'll just die or stall. Sometimes it takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes sitting there before it actually starts and runs. I've heard it's the main fuel relay. Any suggestions?

From what you described it sounds like your starter is overheating. Some times when they are about to go bad they'll heat up which causes internal parts to swell and restrict the movement of the starter. When it cools everything contracts back to normal and will work.. A fuel relay won't cause it to click and not start. It would still try to turn over but will just get no fuel..
There is however a starter relay. That could also cause your problem. It would be located in your fuse relay box under the hood. Switching one out is easy and the least expensive thing to try.
The relay may be marked as starter relay or ignition relay.

try boosting it first. you might have an alternator problem that's wearing down your battery, or just a bad battery

once it gets going unplug the battery that's a quick way to see if the alternator's making electricity. if it's not your car will be running on battery power and die. or get a voltage meter and test it while it's running to see how much power it's making and how constant it is. you'll need a chilton repair manual to get the exact tolerances and test procedures. chilton's the best value in that that price range with good chapters on diagnosing electrical problems

you can also try tapping the starter lightly with a hammer to free up the internal parts. clicking can be a sign that the starter is going bad. if a few taps buys you a few more starts use one to go get a new starter.

They have sensors that go bad. I do not think it's fuel related. I hate to suggest a honda delaer b/c you never know whose going to rip you off. Problem should not exceed 100.00

it sounds to me like the altenator is not charging your battery properly, or you may have a loose connection w/ your batt. cables.
