I've checked hot and cold handle vales everything thing seems ok.

Make sure that the head is screwed on tight and that the rubber gasket within the coupling (where it screws on) is intact and soft.

The "washers" inside the valves must be bad. You can take them apart and check it. It's not "real" easy. You have to shut off the main water supply, take the faucets apart, check the washers. You can get them at Home Depot, very inexpensive. Ask the salesperson for some advive while you are there.
