My bf and i were involved in a car accident He came to pick me up from school and he was acting funny his eyes were blood shot so i thought he was just a little bit tired. Coming out of the parking lot he saw my ex. bf 's car and his new gf driving it i guess he was trying to teach her how to drive.Anyway he decided to drive right at them to scare her as a joke.Unfortunatley this was a major intersection of of a major route 35 .he skided and he hit them head on the drivers side and my bf's car was hit from behind causing me to go through the windshield because my seat belt was not on i needed 14 stitches and a dislocated shoulder and a cracked rib. I dont remeber what happened really after he hit the other car but two other cars were involved. He wants me to lie saying she was trying to cut us off he sent me an e-mail on what to say?he thinks he will go to prision if i dont say what he wants?

I love my bf and i just got home from the hospital and tommorow i have to visit the police station to say what i remeber i dont want him to get in trouble?My bf is not bad person.The other girl is in critical conditon and my bf is scared

Sweetheart, do not lie for this man. Tell what you know. What you dont know dont say. If this was the accident here in Dayton on Rte 35, it was really bad, and if he caused it he should have to suffer the consequences. If they (the police) find out you are lieing, and they will interview other witnesses who don't love your boyfriend like you do, and if your stories dont match, it will be you who is in trouble. Think about how your parents and family and friends will feel if you go to jail for something he did. Think about the girl in the hospital and how she is suffering. Pray about it, and I will pray for you.

I would tell the truth. When you go to the police station they are going to make you sign a witness statement. If they find out you are lying later they will prosecute you for giving a false statement to a police officer. Don't risk your future for your boyfriend!

You need to tell the truth. I'm sure there's more to the story, like why his eyes were bloodshot...and what if someone had been killed? That wouldve been premeditated vehicular manslaughter, as he intended on driving straight into her "to scare her"...See, it's not worth it....He might be a good person as you say, but anyone that wants ME to LIE for THEM ain't a "good person" and I would DUMP HIM NOW.
