my boyfriend was seduced by his teacher when he was 17 she bought him anything he wanted even a car,but then I started going out with him and now we've been together for 7yrs. and have a 2yr girl ever since they broke up she has been harrassing us at work my relatives house anywhere she talks about retarded kids the worst way you can imagine what can I do to report her she is still a teacher at a middle school in El Paso TX. Aren't parents concerned about the teachers their kids have?

File a complaint IN WRITING with the principal and with the Board of Education for the school district. You could also get an harassment order or letter of protecction meaning she cannot contact you, come within certain feet of you and so on by going to your local court house and finding out how to do this. This can be a same day process.

HMMM he can always go to the cops and tell them that she took advantage of a minor for you are a minor at age 17 since this was 7 yrs ago it could be too late or tell her that she will be reported for harrassment and she will be monitor for being a child molestor that may back her off good luck to you guys

I believe the statute of limitations are up on the offense with your bf, but her conduct w/him should raise some eyebrows and warrant some investigation if brought to the attention of the school principal, superintendent, and school board. As far as the other...in the State of Texas their our two forms of harassment. One is through the mail and the other is over the phone. Depending on what she is saying it could call for a civil case such as slander but they are difficult. Still you could threaten her with a civil case, which might back her down for the sake of wanting to avoid unwanted publicity.

First you should go to your local police and they should be able to stop her from harassing you and your boyfriend. Then you should go to the school district office (not the school) and talk to the superindentent of that school. If she is still harassing him after 7 years, she needs help.

YESSSSSSSSSSS REPORT THAT CHILD MOLESTER!!!! AND NOW THAT IS OVER WITH YOUR MAN THERE IS NOTHING WRONG BY GRABING HER BY THE HAIR AND TELLING HER HEYYYYYYYYY LEAVE MY MAN THE HELL ALONE.... HE DONT WANT YOU NO MORE..... BUT REPORT HER SO SHE LOOSE HER JOB.
