What an odd question. You should get points for asking that. I would assume Italians, but there are hairy guys every where. I've known hairy Albinos, hairy Native Americans. You really can't say one country has the most. Maybe the U.S.?

Well being an expert on the mediterranean, I would say the whole of the mediterranean region. My husband is from Egypt, and he's so hairy that I keep a sticky roller by the bed so I can remove his hair after sleeping.
