That remains to be seen, but everyone has to admit he's done a great job of recognizing talent and developing young players in the time he's been there. Plus just being able to turn around the mentality of a decade of losing is a feat in itself.

No because the bears coach lovie smith turned around a bigger team and their 5-0 this year.

He was able to help get the Bengals turn around so he at least has that much to say for him. I'm not sure if he is one of the best yet though. If you mean by right now then yeah he is. If you mean by history then I don't think we can say that yet.

i think he is one of the good ones not the best ones. few coaches are bette than him which includes bellichek (i've no clue how u spell his name)
