I recommend Malaysia but it is not sunny in all of its places. The reason that I recommend it is that you can find every thing there. From city life and shopping in Kuala Lumpor (SP) to the sunny beaches of Penang (SP). And dont forget to get a piece of privacy in Langkawi (SP) where you can rent a small island for your selves with a reasonable price. I went to Malaysia and I liked every bit of it. And the prices are so good (in comparison to where I live). But you have to plan your trip because you will be confused with the amount of places you can go to. Check a travelers forum to get info about it, dont just depend on a travel agent.

Go to Kenya. Hot sunny some of the best beaches in the world.
If you want you can go to a game reserve for a safari eg Masii Mara.
Maybe Zanzibar was there this year great beaches, food and the people are very friendly.
Once you go to Africa it will change your life for ever. You wont know till you go.

depends on you budget....if ur rich...you could go to the Turks and Caicos Islands....there are many islands there..i live here so i know...we have an island solely for the stars....tom and katie got married there,oprah,will n jada where all there and there are other islands with 5 star hotels that are amazing and then there are cheaper ones but all the beaches are public and we have been voted as the best beaches and under water life in the whole caribbean(jaques custous lived and dived here...i can't spell his name sorrY),its close to the bahamas,jamaica,Haiti and the Domonican republic so u could easyly hop on a flight there whenu want to...i do lol,

go to El Nido or Club Paradise, Palawan ( an island west of the Philippines) the best time to go is between Nov - Mar coz the weather is cooler than during summer coz u may not stand the heat during summer bcoz its too humid. most of the foreign tourist come at this time and its not that crowded ;-)

I went to the all-inclusive Holiday Inn Sunspree in the Bahamas. The price was right, the sun was hot, and the drinks were free!!

Hawaii. Specifically Maui. It's beautiful, relaxing & it's not that far. (4-5 hrs. from CA) Plus you don't have to leave the country so no passport.
