Cheese is very good for babies and can be given from 6 months. The rule about "no dairy" doesn't apply to foods like cheese and yogurt, because the cow's milk protein (which can cause allergies) is broken down in these foods as they ferment and mature.

Cheese may be difficult to digest. If you give her any it should just be a very small amount of mild cheese. I would suggest however, that you consult books that specialize in the diet of small babies.

I dunno when they say you are suppose to give your child cheese and all. But I also have a 10 month old and she has been eating cheese sence she was 5-6 months old and she is fine and healthy. But if you still ain't to sure talk to her docter.

I think my daughter started eating cheese around that age. If you are worried about choking, try starting with cheese slices, they are softer and melt faster.

Right, as soon as your baby can handle solids, cheese is fine.
In addition to honey, I was also told no nuts before a year.
