Men seem to get away with broken rules and regulations then the women. I work for a Indian Tribe, on the reservation. Women seem to get suspended, while a man can do the same and sometimes more and nothing is done to them. This does not seem at all fair. Are we not all to be treated as equals?

First, start documenting all these incidences. Names, dates, details, etc. You will need something better than, "the guys get away with stuff." You need specific examples and all the information you can get. Then, go to your human resources dept. or a superior and explain the issue. If that person does not respond, keep going up the chain of command until someone does. If that gets you no where, then take your documentation to a lawyer.

Indian tribes tend to have different rules than other Americans, but I suggest checking out your local civil rights commission for advice.

Do you have a human resources department ? If so, then go there. You just might get some satisfaction.
I agree with you...you should all be treated as equals.
Lots of luck.

Your should take this up to your company's HR dept. They most likely have guidelines for rectifiying this situation.
