When are good laptops the cheapest and what store has the lowest prices?

Toshiba laptops are the best and are rated amongst the best, I see them on sale all the time check best buy they always have a sale or try Toshiba direct, they always have sales...I've had two Toshibas and never had a problem with them...

Wait until just after Christmas, they may seek to sell off excess stock in New Year Sales.

When they're on sale is usually the best time lol... near Thnx Gvng and Xmas is when you can get some nice ones.

Usually in August and September, because of back-to-school sales, and in December because of Christmas.

generally its is very much advisable to buy laptops at the time of christmas as you get the best deals in terms of prices as well as the best technology.
Many companies like Dell, IBM, HP, ACER exhibit best prices for their products.
I personally suggest you to buy a Dell laptop as you can customize and buy it as per your requirement and also you may return it until 30 days of delivery.Further they provide "the best aftersales service".
I am myself a Dell employee but this is not to generate funds for my company but after seeing many happy dell users I suggest you its the best option.
As a second option I suggest you to go for a HP AMD X2 laptop
that comes along with 1.6 gig pro and 100 gb SATA HDD,1gb DDR2 ram and DL DVD R/W.

Dell seems to have low prices... however, I prefer acer by far for quality.... just my oppinion though. Time of year.... don't think it matters too much really.

Everything is cheaper at the beggining of summer, because everyone spends for vacation.
