Tan skin looks great with a Burgundy eye shadow and gold accents!. Try applying a light gold slightly shimmery eye shadow all over the lid especially under your brow, then add a darker Burgundy/brown eye shadow on the outside of the lid and blend into the crease. Try making the darker shadow into a ">" shape. Use a dk brown liner on the under lid and upper. Black mascara makes your eyes stand out more but you could use a dk blue or a dk brown. Use a light pink blush to give u a fresh wintry look.
Also try a sun-kissed look. Us a cream eye shadow all over with a chocolate brown liner right on the lash line, then right above it use a gold eyeliner to mirror the brown line. Bring both lines out a bit for a cat eye effect. then use mascara. Bronzer and a peachy blush complete the look!

Ok what you can do is apply use brown eyeliner and mascara instead of black. A light color creme eye shadow you can also try using a little bronzer which gives you a natural look with a little lipgloss and your good to go.

I do know that you're not suppose to be wearing black eyeliner. Black eyeliner is for Blondes.... says the experts. Try a website like cosmo or teen. If you want a more natural look... try no eyeliner at all. You'de be surprised at how it will bring out your eyes. Try using an eye shadow stick and barely apply it under your bottom lashes. A lighter color works best for me. When applying shadow... use a light color for the lid, going up to the brow line... then use a darker color for the crease... it enhances the eye.

Wear no liner. You have got used to your eye makeup, but once you put it aside, you will get used to it. Also, if you have a good skin, avoid foundations or use foundations that are made of minerals. Try Everyday Minerals at everydayminerals. com.

You could use a brown eyeliner...or none at all. Wear a brown mascara and a powder foundation Don't glob it on just get a loose powder or pressed powder and it looks like you aren't wearing anything but it smooths out your skin!

lose the black eyeliner and try a midnight blue or brown, totally changes the way your eyes look, top it with a matte looking eyeshadow that compliments the liner you choose. add a little blush or bronzer since you have tan skin and try skipping your foundaton for a day.
