Torrid carries a few formal dresses year round, but during prom season they have a bunch of prom dresses.

J.C. Pennys has some very nice plus size formals . My sons g/f got hers there and she is a sz 18 . they have up to 26 w . I hope this helps. Oh and those other ppl that said you were fat excuse them they are ignorant and rude. No class whatso ever . You go girl.

DEB has really nice ones. but i would recommend going to a bridal shop. David's Bridal has fantastic dresses, and they have wonderful sales people to help you select a size and style that's right for you. happy shopping!!

david's bridal ,jcpenny's or lord and taylor.Actually if you dont live near any of those any bridal store will do they carry bridesmaids dresses which are perfect for prom/homecomming

try going to Deb, Fashion Bug, or Kato. I've seem some at those stores. Or if you don't need to try it on first, you could always look on e-bay
