Hello Gavs mum,

I think it would be a good idea to put some heat on your shoulders. Also you would benefit from a good massage. If you can't afford to pay out for a professional one then get a friend to massage your back and shoulders after you have had the hot water bottle on them for about 15 Min's. Drink some chamomile tea or Valerian at night. Most importantly Go to your DOCTOR have a check up and perhaps they may help.

Lay on your stomach with a heating pad on your back, take a hot bath and some pain relievers.
