Do you think the little girl is really Kate or is David lying?

No, I believe she really is Kate. I think that since Vincent Irrizari is leaving, they decided to let David do one last humanitarian thing. Everyone thought he would turn out to be Dr. Madden's killer; instead, it was Tad-No-Longer-theCad; for once, someone had a fairly original (or at least not as stale) idea.

Well, David is so good at lying, but in this case I believe him.
I think Emma is really Kate. Dixie had a picture of the little girl and David took the little girls pix in the park that day.
But it's a soap and they turn everything around sometimes.
Personally, I think Emma is Kate.

david is always lying about something but in this case i really think he is telling the truth cuz remember when he found out that dixie was alive and she was looking for her daughter david said that he would find the baby anything to make dixie happy and to be with her so i really dont think that he lying but as you know they allways have to put a twist in the story so we will see

It's kate because every time they show Dixie thinking about Katie the next thing they show is the little girl. So it has to be her.

I think that the little girl in reality is David. but he had a sex change. So thats why he lied.
