To me, happiness is when you first bought a train ticket from
Liverpool to London and the Manager of the train station came
straight to you to announce that you're the 10,000th passenger
to board the train and just won the prize of a free train ride round
trip for a week for two.
What a perfect holiday trip this would be - that's happiness!

I ASKED the professors who teach the meaning of life to tell
me what is happiness.
And I went to famous executives who boss the work of
thousands of men.
They all shook their heads and gave me a smile as though
I was trying to fool with them
And then one Sunday afternoon I wandered out along
the Desplaines river
And I saw a crowd of Hungarians under the trees with
their women and children and a keg of beer and an
accordion.

Happiness to me is ~ ~ good health, enough money so not to be stressed out ~ good friends ~ family ~ a dishwasher and a garage door opener.

And somewhere along the way a partner with a double dose of
love.

That's all!

happiness to me is the balance of emotion and conciousness where the two are one, when acceptance of events that happen can be accepted immediately you can be freer in the mind with the emotional balance the emotions never control like anger or dispair, but acceptance of all events can free you. remember you cannot go back in time so don't regret accept and take the lesson to heart and make it a truth of what causes sadness or happiness

Grease under the fingernails, heat in the garage, snap on wrenches in the tool box, my sweetheart bringing me meals when I'm under the car, this is happiness, as for its use, happiness spurs the production of endorphins and any free high is a good one :)
