Julius Caesar fathered Ptolemy XV Caesarion.

Marc Antony fathered twins Alexander Helios and Cleopatra Selene, as well as Ptolemy Philadelphus.

It is kind of hard to tell who any ones father is even today but the wikipedia reference gives the current thinking. However unless someone finds, digs up, and does DNA testing on everybody involved I do not think we will ever know for sure. Cleopatra was said to enjoy a healthy sex life
