Return all mails to post master against her name.

see if u can serve a legal notice telling her that all her mails will be discarded in future.

If you know her knew address then go and fill out a change of address form or send the Ish some where else. Or write on the envelopes" NOT AT THIS ADDRESS"and leave it in the mailbox. The mailman will take it back.

Put in a change of address for her and tell the post office she doesn't live there. Mark all of her mail return to sender and give it back to the post lady every day!!

Well, take matters into your own hands.
Report to the mail company that "NAME HERE" does not live at your address any longer and that you would wish to stop receiving mail that is coming to your address for her.
You can obviously prove that she doesn't live there, so then they'll have to stop sending her mail.
