A year ago, my hair was falling out at a rapid pace too, and I discovered that it was caused by a nutritional deficiency and the vast amounts of stress I was under (fyi I was only 22 at the time). I started taking a supplement from GNC designed specifically for Hair Health, and tried to reduce my stress level, and voila! my hair is longer, stronger and healthier than ever!

Do you mean that you are experiencing hair loss.
Well, there are a few explanations for this
Obviouly, people lose hair as they get older. (not to be taken offensively) :) Could this be your case?
Also, people that do a lot of "hair twirling" (twirling hair around your finger, tugging on it ect...) can experience hair loss.
I found a really good website for you...
Hope I helped!!

Do not use shampoo, hair jel, hair spray. Wash your hair with natural soaps.
