Windows and others keep a log if installations, but I have not seen one for deletions.
If you want to find .log files, Click Start,Search, For files and folders, All files and folders. type *.log in the search box and hit enter. Every .log file on your computer will be displayed in the results. Most can be opened with Notepad or Wordpad. Be very careful not to edit anything, because it may prevent you uninstalling a program in the future.

Go to settings, then enter supervisional devices, and there is the log file. Open it and you will get info about programs, security, system and ACEEventlog.
