I do this sometimes with my pills too. Your body is just trying to tell you that it needs to start. I would just start the last weeks pills now and start your period early.

If you do not have a regular doctor you can talk to about your bleeding and headaches you can contact a local pharmacy and usually the pharmacist can be very helpful...

If you are taking birth control pills like this to skip your period, may I suggest another method: I believe Seasonale birthcontrol pills allow you to have only 4 periods a year. Or try Depo it is a shot that you get every 3 months and your period literally disappears! I know that even after I stopped getting the shots I didn't bleed for almost a year...

Well I know from experience that taking birth control pills has a weird affect on your body as far as your periods go and that can sometimes happen with taking the pill. If you do not start your period within 2 weeks that you are supposed to , I would see your obgyn.

Dear Honey Pie:
What you have actually experienced is a period it last one to two days! Birth control pills are safe but they are not 100% accurate!
If you have never had this kind of cramy feeling then you should take the advice from your body clock and go see a gyno. A Gyno is better equipped and certified to deal with you. Your condition could even become worse by the pills so stop using them and see a doctor!
Its your body and you got one life to live, live it right! Goood Luck!

I used to do the same thing. Its probably just that your body is alittle messed up from missing it norm. time. I wouldnt worry much unless you still cont. w/ the headaches or no period next month.

I think it's your cycle trying to start over. When you go a month and don't have your period, it may take awhile before everything comes back in sync. I don't think there is anything to worry about.

Sounds like break-through bleeding, which is very common when you take bcp's through a cycle. You'll probably have a normal period when you get to your inactive pills.

When you keep taking your birth control so you don't have your period it can really mess you up, so I think that you rae just trying to have your period but, your body is confussed.
Please, don't ever do that again.
Take care of yourself!

Your body can only be tricked so much--you are having "break through" bleeding which means it is from a hormone imbalance--the headache came from that too. I wouldn't advise doing this again.

sweetie, it's probably your cycle trying to come on. that's what it sounds like to me anyway. i'm not sure if you're really supposed to skip taking the "sugar pills" to not have a cycle, i'm sure they're there for a reason.
